After looking all over the web for a Splinter Cell night vision goggles tutorial and Only finding a French one I decided to make my own IN ENGLISH!!! So here you are my tutorial on Homemade Splinter Cell Night Vision Goggles

Uh…no there isn’t. Night vision is infrared. The light has to come from somewhere.
