Best night vision product for price?
August 19, 2009 - 1:38 pm
I am looking for a decent night vision system, most likely a monocular because they seem the cheapest. I want to get something that is worth having and reliable, however I would rather not spend tons of money.
What is a good reliable night vision device that can be had for a decent price?
I intend to use it for coyote hunting.
what ever is on sale, the technology is so common now that good ones are available for under 100 bucks…be careful and be safe.
PS, a spotlight works better for yotes, but do your own thing…

Spot lighting with a amber/red lens works great for yotes. However, for a good monocular night vision piece. You can get a pretty nice one from Night Owl for about only $150. But that can also be said for Bushnell, as well. They too offer a nice one for only $150, shopping around of course.
Do you research and handle some, see how they feel in your hand. Make sure to think about what they would feel like out in the field, wet, cold, gloves, etc….
Hope this helps.
Happy Hunting.
