Night Vision Equipment

This bumble bee (and 8 of his friends) stayed overnight with the Sedum. My best guess is that Bumble Bees aren’t rigid to their rules to be able to stay overnight; where as Honey Bees must return to the hive. Not to mention that Honey Bees are smaller, have less fur and are thinner skinned and require the warmth of the hive ..Bumble Bees are fatter and have more fur to withstand the coldness of the night.

This is the PSP camera (also called the Chotto Shot in Japan) attached to a USB extension cable. You can get this cable from Hong Kong or you can make it yourself with items purchased from your local electronics store as well as things around your home. I can also make these cables. See my other videos including my slide show tutorial attaching the cable and my night vision modified PSP camera. The Night Vision Camera has also been modified to shoot video right-side-up video even when positioned upside down (like stuck to the sunroof on a suction cup tripod)!
